Auction of found bikes on the 13. May

On 13 May, there will once again be an auction of lost and abandoned bicycles whose legal storage period has expired for members  of the University of Freiburg (employees and students).

Let us give these bicycles a chance to be reused! A total of over 80 bicycles are available.

The bicycles can be viewed on 13 May from 12:00-12:30 pm  on the campus of the Faculty of Engineering in front of Hall 74 (building no. 16 on this map). The auction will begin at 12:35 pm in ascending order of bicycle numbering. The minimum bid is €5, increasing in €5 increments. Bicycles can only be purchased against immediate cash payment and upon presentation of a student or employee ID card.

Most of the bicycles are not ready for the road and are sold without any warranty. The buyer is responsible for the transport of the bikes.

The auction will take place outdoors regardless of the weather.
